how to display the scale and the center of coordinates,

I installed cloudcompare 2.14.alpha, and at first it didn't show the scale and the center of coordinates, but after a while it showed itself, and I didn't even know how to turn it off.Today I installed the same version on another computer, but I can't find out how to display the scale and coordinate origin anyway, I don't know why.

That's probably the projection mode that you need to change (from Perspective to Orthographic - F3 shortcut)

Thank you but it doesn't work. The view mode has changed but the scale and the coordinate center still not shown.

Don't you see the scale in the second screenshot? Or are you referring to something else?

The two uploaded images are exactly what I mean, the first image don't display the center and the scale, and the second one has shown. The twomages corespond to the above laptop and computer I mentioned, I don't know how to display on another computer, I tried what you said, but it didn't work. so the problem is I can't display them on another newly installed cmoputer.

And can you show what the rest of the screen look like? Ideally a screen capture of the whole CloudCompare application would do.

So mind that the yellow cross is not the coordinate system or the screen center, it's simply the 'custom light position' (F7 to toggle it).

Are all the colors and materials are at their default? Can you try to reset them? (in the Display properties). The background is not supposed to be pure black either.
