Hi everyone
<!--- If you are reporting a security issue, please send an email directly to security@cloudcompare.org -->
**Describe the bug**
<!-- - Please add a clear and concise description of what the bug is.
When you finish entering the references in the point cloud and click the align button inside the tool box, the cloud is aligned with the reference points (with their corresponding errors). However, this adjustment looks fine in plan and when checking the elevations of the point cloud (isometric view) they are all inverted except those at ground level.
Looking more closely, this occurs when using 4 reference points (not sure if more, not tested). When using 3 points, this situation does not occur -->
**How to reproduce**
<!--- Steps to reproduce the behavior: include images if relevant:
1. Go to the "aligns two clouds by picking" tool.
2. Click on the cloud to be aligned in the pop-up box to configure the reference order.

3. Move to the points of your choice and that you consider optimal to reference the cloud.

4. See the error when trying to align the cloud with four reference points.

**Expected behavior**
<!--- Add a clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. -->
The following image reflects the adjustment made with three points, whose result was as expected (although not quite for the scanned area)

The following image reflects the adjustment made with three points, whose result is as expected (although not quite for the scanned area)
The result obtained (and not expected) even with acceptable statistical results (rms of approximately 0.08m), but when viewing the isometric view, all the heights were inverted.
**Additional context**
<!--- Please add any other context about the issue here, including screenshots to help explain your issue. -->

Re: The Align tool inverts the heights of point clouds
Looks redundant with https://github.com/CloudCompare/CloudCo ... ssues/2080. We will discuss this directly on github.
