Hi,
I am looking for a tool in CC that allows segmentation of point clouds based on the measured angle between the fixed position camera lidar laser beam and normals.
In practice, if the angle is above a certain limit, the point is automatically deleted.

Isn't it the 'Edit > Sensors > Compute Scattering Angles' tool? https://www.cloudcompare.org/doc/wiki/i ... ing_angles
Then you can use 'Edit > Scalar fields > Filter by value'.
