3d texture from rgb pointcloud

I received an LAS from the client.
Points store rgb information.
I would like to export the rgb info into 3d textures to apply to the mesh generated from the cloud (PoissonRecon)
I tried "rasterize" but the texture is projected perpendicularly so the info of the vertical surfaces, present in the point cloud, is lost
Can you help me?
