Seeking Permaculture Design Solution

Hi, :)

I am new to all this so please bear with me. I would like to know if Cloud Compare could help me with my Permaculture Design.

I use a Macbook Pro 2021 (no Intel chip but M1) I am studying Permaculture and need to design my father's in-law land as precisely as possible. This means I need topographical maps (LiDAR) with precise contours, hillshade, slope, sun aspect, water catchments and more.

My Questions are:
1. Can CloudCompare help me create a design of the land in layers and in 3D?
I mean:
- one layer for my base map
- Another for my contour lines
- Another for the sun aspect
- Another for the flow of water and catchments
- And potentially a layer where I can “draw” or include a house we are going to design and build for us.

2. Can the result be Geo-Located?
3. Could I export to Google Earth?

If CloudCompare is the solution I am looking for, I would need to know if the Beta is the one I need to download and start learning :) Or what version should I use?

The land is 20 acres, so we need to map/design it as best as possible.

As replied by email, you may be able to generate some of these layers / contour lines from LIDAR point clouds typically. But not all, and you should better work with QGis I guess to manage all these layers.
