Mesh to AutoCAD

Hi,

What is the best practice to use CloudCompare generated mesh in AutoCAD?
I am saving mesh as *.dxf and open it with AutoCAD. And AutoCAD become irresponsive although I used only small part of point cloud to generate mesh.

Any suggestion?

I don't really know. But one thing is clear: DXF is a very bad format and it shouldn't be used to store more than a few thousands of triangles. That's definitely a big limitation...
