I guess we could add a check-box to choose wbether color bar, scale, etc. should be rendered as well (or not).

Meanwhile, you can use the 'print screen' button of your keyboard of course ;)

It appeared that it was in fact more like a bug. The next version will output the SF scale by default!

Hi Daniel,
Has this feature to show the scale bar in 'render to file' been updated in the new version?

Yes (at least I hope so ;).

And there will be a lot of new features regarding the color scale in the next release (end of the month) such as a color scale editor, the possibility to display the histogram next to the color scale, etc.

Hi,

I wonder if the problem of the scale is solved in the last version.
Maybe I had not activated the good option but it does not copy the scale bar when I use the Render to file tool.

Does the bug still remaining or do I make a mistake ?

Best regards,

Adrien A

You're right, this has not been fixed in the last release!

We must have missed it... will be for next time (hopefully ;)

Ok, thanks for your answer.

I will wait using the traditional print screen to save the scale.

Ok it's fixed. It will be available (as an option in the 'Render to file' dialog) in the next release (2.5.1)!
