Geolocate cloud with GPS coordinates

Hi there, I am really new to cloudcompare and I am lost with how I can geolocate my pointcloud in cloudcompare.

I made a pointcloud from photogrammetry, the photos had no EXIF data so I had to go to google maps to find rough gps coordinates. How am I able to geolocate my pointcloud in cloudcompare with the 4 gps points (corners of the building) I was able to get? Please let me know if you can help someone starting out.
