$$$ Looking for help building a simple point picking plugin

I have a spreadsheet (or fields that then do the calculations of my spreadsheet) that i want to populate per step-by-step instructions.

The plugin will simply log the clicks XYZ data, with the user able to delete previous step's and enter some manual information.

(the current point logger only logs EVERY click, and you cant delete or backup)

The clicked points will remain highlighted throughout the process to show progress.

Output is CSV of the results after calculation.

I have a reasonable budget for the work to get done.
