Menu bar missing

Hi,

I just downloaded the latest version of Cloud Compare that avoids the bug with macOS Sierra. Everything is working fine but the menu bar where I can select layers / mesh for export seems to be missing? Could anyone help me retrieve this?

The 'DB Tree' dock widget might simply be closed. There's a 'Display > Reset all GUI elements positions' menu that should help restore it.
