Good day everyone,

I know similar questions were asked before, but I did not find an answer that would help me.

I scanned a wall and measured distances from reference mesh. I would like to create a grid on the wall and export distance values to CSV. Does anyone know how to do this?

Yes you can use the Rasterize tool (see the 'Export to CSV grid' option).

To use the Rasterize tool, you may have to transform your cloud first so that the wall cooncides with XY, XZ or YZ.

And make sure you use the 2.7 or 2.8 beta version.

thanks for your reply. I can't find the "Export to CSV" option in the Rasterize tool. I am using v2.8. Am I looking in the wrong place (Tools -> Projection -> Resterize)?

Oh sorry, it has been renamed to 'Matrix' :)
