I'm beginner in CC I tried to use plug-in qCanupo to see how it will work to identifie grass, vegetation etc. and my question is its possible to separete grean points from red which represent soil? If yes so how can I make it?

Where are the color coming from?
If it comes from CANUPO (or more generally if it corresponds to a 'scalar field') you can use the 'Edit > Scalar fields > Filter by value' method (http://www.cloudcompare.org/doc/wiki/in ... r_by_Value).
But if you want to know if CANUPO can take the color information into account, then it's a different story. Currently no, but I believe it's planned for a future version.
Eventually, if you have real RGB colors, you can still try to segment the cloud the same way as suggested above after converting the RGB values to a scalar field (for instance if you export the Red or Green component in your case).
