So to answer the first question: the distances are from each point to the closest point or triangle in the other entity.

And yes you can export everything to CSV by saving the cloud (or the mesh vertices) as an ASCII/TEXT file, and choosing the right output format.

And last I don't understand what you mean by "But in CT it is one number".
