Actually, the color may let you think that the berries are not that badly reconstructed by the photogrammetric process: But it's in fact actually as bad as it should be: So that's no surprise that the qRansac plugin doesn't detect anything. And I don't see how you could segment them or compute their volume (at least not with CloudCompare ;).

I had a meeting with my professors on Friday and i showed them my results. And they said its okay if we use the "point picking" tool for size estimation.
