If there was one, you could be sure that it would be online ;)

Sadly, the only english based documentation is the wiki (http://www.cloudcompare.org/doc/wiki) and this forum. Translating the french documentation in english is a huge work and we lack time for this right now (any help would be highly appreciated by the way ;).
