Problem when importing shapefile

Hi there,

I have a problem when importing a shapefile into Cloud Compare.

I would like to have the shapefile shifted at 500 meters in the Z axis. When i give this value in the "Global Shift/scale" window, nothing happens. Thus, my shapefile does not match with my point cloud.

How can I shift my shapefile in the z axis?

The global shift/scale mechanism is only used for accuracy management (when dealing with very large coordinates). It doesn't change anything to the displayed data (only to the exported data).

You should use the 'Edit > Apply transformation' tool (select the parent group if you have multiple polylines in your shapefile).
