Comparing Z-values in pointcloud with txt file

Hi there.

I am trying to find a quick way to compare the Z-values of my pointcloud with a txt-file with controll points.

I just want some sort of report that shows the difference in z between the controll points and pointcloud, optimally this should be done without the need for picking points.

Anyone know if this is possible in CLoud Compare?

Well, you can do the first part relatively easily (with the C2C distances, and select the option to split the distance components along X, Y and Z). But there's nothing to automatically create a report in CC ;)

You would have at least to create a Python script or something equivalent....
