Issue with shift of two pointclouds

I would like to ask, if you have faced a similar problem with mine. I have two las files when I open them in CloudCompare I have a big shift ( >20m) between them but when I open them with ArcGIS Pro I have a small shift some centimeters. Do you know why is this happening?

Are you sure that the same Global Shift (vector) is applied on the two clouds (there was a small glitch in the 2.12.0 version that may lead CC to use a different shift even if the previous shift used on the cloud loaded before could be reused). It should have been fixed in the 2.12.1 version.
