v2.11.x Unable to open pcd even compiled with PCL

Hi,
I compiled cloudcompare v2.11.x with QPCL plugin, but it still can't open pcd files.
The error message is: [Load] Can't guess file format: unhandled file extension 'pcd'.
How do I fix this problem?
I am using the PCL version 1.10.

Do you see the qPCL plugin being loaded at startup? (look at the Console)
