Problem loading QSTEP_IO_PLUGIN

When loading Plugin STEP I receive the message "does not seem to a valid plugin"
After investigating the dependencies a little, I found that it needs TBB.dll and TBBMALLOC.dll, Intel libraries not present in the distribution. Once included it works perfectly.
I recommend including them to avoid these problems or compiling without these dependencies.
