Convert point cloud into raster

Hello,

We have a terrestrial scan and I'd like to convert my point clouds into geoTIFF/16-bit-PNG raster including elevation information.
I've found many informations about aerial scan but not terrestrial...

The idea is to build a 3D animation/application in a game engine like Unreal Engine based on real world such as our customers's careers.

Well, I guess you can still use the 'Rasterize' tool?
