Hello everyone,
I've been having an issue where if I'm using remote desktop connection from my laptop to use one of my modelling desktops I can't start cloud compare. To get around this I sometimes go to the desktop and log in and open a few instances of cloud compare before going back to my desk and remote connecting again. It then works fine.
Any ideas how to get cloud compare to run while remote connected to save me the trouble of having to go to the machine.

Yes, some remote desktop programs fail to declare themselves as valid graphic card displays (hence CC refuses to start).

For GeForce cards (drivers R440 or later), Nvidia has produced a utility that helps when using Windows Remote Desktop.
You have to sign up for their developer program to access it, but it has worked for me:
