Label Point Cloud in 3D

I am new to this software. I would like to know how I can label unique features for training in TensorFlow Object Detection API. I would like to only work with 3D point cloud

Can you explain a bit more what you mean by "label unique features"? What you want to do with the point cloud exactly?
