As mentioned before, cloudcompare is not the right tool for that.

First of all thank you for this link for Meshmixer!
But, the meshmixer can do it is clear!
Also repetier host does it before printing.
The cloudcompare is not able to create a simple surface where it computes the most complicated free-form surfaces I can not quite believe!
At the moment this would be the last function I need for the complete postprocessing.
