We are finding the same error when opening FARO files as well. I had not tested that function at the time of my prior posting.

I did a little more troubleshooting and now things seem to be working. I upgraded 2.9 to 2.10.2 but did not install the FARO extensions. Version 2.10.2 opened just fine and without error. I then reinstalled 2.10.2 with the FARO extensions and now everything seems to work fine without any errors.

To all, I recently attempted to install Version 2.10.2 with the FARO extensions and received an "Entry Point Not Found" error when trying to open the program. I uninstalled 2.10.2 and attempted to install 2.10.1 but with the same error. I then installed 2.9.1, again with the FARO extension...
