Re: round coordinate values by GCPs
Thanks for your answer! So simply defied: the software stores the exact coordinate values but it displayes the rounded form? Does the method work inversely? I know the real XYZ values of each GCPs, I define manually in the dialog box point alignment (it is possible step) and the software uses this b...

round coordinate values by GCPs
Hello, I have got a really important question. I use C2C method and my models are in real coordinate system, so each points have accurate XYZ coordinates according to the real location. I would like to compare 2 models and I created 10 GCPs. These GCPs are in the same coordinate system as the two po...

Point pair registration - GCPs
Hello, I use this registration method to my study area. I have got two point clouds and would like to create one point cloud of them. I put GCPs on both area, the X and Y coordinates are the same values according to real coordinate system. My questions are, if I put 3 GCPs, why get I better RMS resu...

Re: C2C distance - Local modeling - radius (sphere) value
I understand it, but the mean question is, how can I compute the value of radius exactly, which is the really result instead I estimate it? :) I will avoid 'trial and error'.
Thanks a lot for your answers.

C2C distance - Local modeling - radius (sphere) value
Hello, I am beginner in CC software and I determine day by day, that it is a great, versatile and very userfriendly software. I would like to know more closely the method C2C. I use this computation process and I would like to make Local modeling. Before I compute the really values / distances, I ha...

Re: problem / chrash - Delaunay 2.5D triangulation
Dear Daniel,
It works great, because I installed the version v2.8.1 and this allows to run the method. I could intall it although 'as administrator', because without this step it could not run on the computer.
Thanks a lot for your fast answer.

problem / chrash - Delaunay 2.5D triangulation
Hello, I'm new in CC. I would like to use the method Delaunay 2.5D triangulation. But after a few seconds I get an error message that the system is chrashed. The program is closed after the message. This is the same problem as here: http://www.cloudcompare.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1054 I'm working ...
