please i would like to know how to perform 3D modeling in CC?

please could there be the case that cloud/cloud distance
and cloud/mesh distance icons just go off ( they look unenabled in the tools)?

Modelling as in importing photos(images) into cloud compare and generating it into a 3D model.

So please does it mean that Cloud Compare cannot be used for modeling?

Please with the external tools, can i use Agisoft Photoscan.
