I am wondering if there is a way to create a plane that can then be aligned to the wold axis?

something like that just hides a portion of the cloud would be useful - without really breaking it up into two clouds.

Hi guys ! I am having a little problem. I have 3 rooms I need to register or align together, they all share sight lines etc. the problem I am having is that because these are rooms with 4 walls and a ceiling, I am unable to pick the point I need to pick. I thought that by using the segmentation tool...
