Thanks Daniel,
This is exactly what I need!
Just a question, Is there a way to set custom bin range?
I saw that now they are automatic.
have a good day

Re: Export z-change values
I forgot ...
I have already tried to export .asc file of clouds but they are too big for Excel computations…
it would take an “ informations” already compressed, such as a histogram or I don’t know…
thanks

Export z-change values
Hi Daniel and Dimitri,
I'm here again to ask your help!
I don't know if you remember my work on small areas of embryo coastal dunes…
I have finished the field work and also to compare the clouds with M3C2 plugin.
Now, I should quantify the z-change for each area and for each period.
It would be ...

Re: M2C-M3C2. Some questions.
Hi Daniel ,
I have used Delanaunay 2D (XY plane) for mesh,
but also using other algorithms, the result is the same.
Now,I'll try the different solution, to use Canupo, to set a maximum edge length..
Actually using M3C2 there isn't this problem,
even if the end result is not what I would ...

OK. I'm uploding the files on my dropdox.
i send you the link, as soon as the uplod is finished!
I'm sending you the .bin file with the 2 cloud + the mesh of the first one.
thanks

hi Daniel,
i'm trying to uplod the mesh or the cloud, but evidently the files are too large!
How could I send them? with "We transfer"?or do you know another way?

Re: M2C-M3C2. Some questions.
Hi Daniel,
this is the mesh that I used. (Is this? It's correct?)
Usually I use the tool Edit->Mesh->XY plane -> NO update normal
(because when I import the clouds in CC, they are already "cleaned"and "repaired" with Geomagic Studio).
However, I also tried to update the normals and to use "best ...
