Re: qCanupo on Ubuntu 14.04
Hello ! Any news about fresh CANUPO sources ? I have tested the plug-in in CloudCompare and found it very interesting and I'd like to implement a batch version but the command line tool available at http://nicolas.brodu.net/en/recherche/canupo/index.html seems a little old/deprecated... Any thoughts...

Perfect once again !
Is there a single thing that you or your software cannot do ? I'm starting to doubt so ;)
Thank you very much daniel

View heightmaps in 3D
Hello !
Is there a way to load a .tif height map and view it as a 3D mesh (or point cloud) ?
Right now I can load the raster and display it as a plane with a scalar fields, is there a way I can pass the scalar field into the Z coordinate ?
Thank you
Thomas

Rasterize scalar fields
Hello ! Would it be possible to add a rasterizing tool that allows to ewport (tif or ascii) rasters the same way the height grid generation works but with a scalar field ? We would : - Select the scalar field - Select the resolution - Select an option between (min/max/median/average, ...) And produc...

Label Connected Components : keep unconnected points
Hello ! I've been using the Label Connected Components segmentation and I realised that once the segmentation is done, the points that were not clustered just disappeared. I figured out a trick (merging clusters + distance with the original cloud + threshold) to get them back, but it should not be v...

All right thanks, it's working perfectly once you got the trick of moving the 3D view a little !

Thansk for the answer !
About the LAS, maybe it's due to the way I write it myself (with laspy), so don't bother...
