I think your advise worked out. But how do I see, that the applied transformation has finished and how do I export the transformed cloud? I guess I have to keep the transformed point cloud activated and save it as whatever file I want to, is this correct?

I`ve two point clouds representing a mountainous area. They`re overlapping in a small area. They both have the same reference system and scale, but originate from different sources (one is an aereal laser scan, the othe a terrestrial laser scan)
