I did try this and couldn't get it to work. I also don't want to save all open clouds, just the output, otherwise I would have to save a new copy of my raw clouds with each new output, taking time and space. With my novice level it would be useful to not overwrite files by default, to auto save each...

Command line autosave overwrite
I am running the M3C2 plugin on the same clouds with different settings through command line, but each output overwrites the last. Is there a way to stop autosaved clouds with the same name being overwritten?

M3C2 command line subsample
When the M3C2 plugin is run through command line, cloud#1 is always subsampled to generate core points, even with SubsampleEnabled=false.
I ran the GUI plugin, saved the parameters file, ran the same thing though command line and got a different output (subsampled cloud)
